Our platform enables businesses to conquer the complexities of work-from-anywhere setups rapid digital transformation and the proliferation of SaaS applications by simplifying optimizing and securing their IT operations.
With a presence in 9 countries including Japan India and the USA our cutting-edge product technology center is located in Bengaluru India. As we continue our rapid expansion we aim to double our full-time employee headcount in 2024 enhancing our capacity to innovate and deliver.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager for a 6-month extendable contract to lead and execute critical IT infrastructure and operations initiatives. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for building foundational IT processes from the ground up while also managing day-to-day IT systems.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure secure scalable and efficient IT operations.

What Youll Do
Design and implement core IT processes policies and workflows across the organization
Set up and manage SSO (Single Sign-On) solutions to streamline and secure access management
Take ownership of endpoint management (device lifecycle management) including provisioning configuration compliance and security using tools like Intune Jamf or similar
Administer and optimize Active Directory and identity management systems
Ensure secure and scalable onboarding/off boarding processes and access controls
Support the rollout of collaboration tools software licenses and IT hardware
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues in a timely manner
Maintain documentation of systems and procedures for internal reference
What Youll Bring
610 years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration including team or project leadership
Strong hands-on experience with:
- SSO setup and management (e.g. Okta Azure AD)
- Endpoint management solutions (e.g. Microsoft Intune Jamf Kandji)
- Active Directory and related toolsProven track record in building or scaling IT processes in a growing organization
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in a SaaS or fast-paced tech environment is a plus
Preferred Certifications (not mandatory but a strong plus):
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
Okta Certified Administrator / Okta Certified Consultant
Jamf 200/300 Certifications (for Mac endpoint management)
CompTIA Security or CompTIA Network
ITIL Foundation Certification (for process setup and IT service management)
