Job Description
- Lead the daily operations of a state-of-the-art public eye clinic.
- Full-time ongoing appointment.
- Base salary range: $95231 - $100643 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity
- Coordinate clinical operations staffing compliance and high-quality patient care at EHCWA.
- Develop and implement strategies to support clinic goals enhance workflow and satisfaction.
- Liaise with healthcare providers students and stakeholders to build clinic reputation and engage
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience with substantial senior-level administrative experience.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and organisational skills with the ability to lead and train staff.
- Experience in health environments (Optometry/Ophthalmology/Hospitals) and understanding of clinical compliance.
- Ability to manage clinic budgets and contribute to strategy development.
- Desirable: Infection control and digital marketing experience.
Special Requirements
- Current Working with Children Check (valid at time of application).
- Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
- Relevant immunisation/vaccination as per UWA and WA Health guidelines.
