Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Growth Outbound Intern to join our Operations team to support our outbound marketing and sales development efforts. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced high-growth environment while learning the foundations of modern growth strategies and tools.

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation: Research and identify high-potential prospects aligned with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
    • Outreach Campaigns: Assist in the creation and execution of outbound email LinkedIn and phone campaigns. Become a champion on Lemlist !
    • CRM Management: Update and maintain data integrity in our CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce).
    • Copywriting Support: Draft compelling outreach messages subject lines and CTAs for email and LinkedIn campaigns.
    • Market Research: Analyze competitor activity and emerging trends to uncover new opportunities.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics (e.g. open rates response rates meetings booked) and report results regularly.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales marketing and growth teams to continuously iterate and improve our outbound strategies.

About You

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Business Communications or related fields.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
    • A natural curiosity for startups sales and digital growth.
    • Comfortable working with data spreadsheets and digital tools.
    • Proactive self-motivated and detail-oriented.
    • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo Lemlist Hunter or similar.
    • Bonus: Prior internship or project experience in outbound sales or marketing.
