About the role
We have a permanent opportunity for an Advisor Infill Development joining our Development Services team. Youll undertake assessment and processing of land servicing proposals for existing land parcels and small-scale role will be based in our Leederville office and will report to the Team Leader Infill Development.

About you
Ideally you will bediploma / degree qualified in engineering or related industry technical discipline with experience in and demonstrated capability of investigating assessing and processing land servicing proposals in accordance with corporate processes. You will have the ability to communicate at all levels and demonstrate a high standard of interpersonal negotiation and analytical skills. Knowledge of planning legislation policies and practices in Western Australia and ideally in relation to the water industry will ensure success in this role.
