Are you ready to step into a leadership role where youll make a real difference every day ConnectGV is seeking a passionate and motivated Residential Service Leader to join our team in Shepparton.
This is your opportunity to lead a team delivering high-quality person-centred care for people with disabilities in a vibrant values-driven not-for-profit organisation. If youre someone who thrives on creating positive impact building strong relationships and coaching others to be their best then this is the role for you.
What youll do:
- Lead a team of Disability Support Workers to deliver outstanding residential care aligned to each individuals NDIS goals
- Coordinate staff rosters support planning medication and daily operations
- Build trusted relationships with families participants and community stakeholders
- Drive quality compliance and service innovation
- Work across a 24-hour seven-day roster (including sleepovers)
- Participate in the on-call roster (shared across the leadership team)

- A qualified and experienced professional in Disability Community or Health Services
- A capable and compassionate leader with a collaborative style
- Strong communication planning and problem-solving skills
