Job Description

Pay range:
$90563.00 - $135845.00- Phone and data cabling
- Phone switch maintenance
- Phone equipment maintenance
- Coordinator of all move/add/changes (MACs)
- Supervision of all contract cabling construction and other voice/data vendors.
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience in cabling computer science or the engineering field.
- At least two years prior experience with cable/phone system troubleshooting and maintenance required. AT&T Definity Switch experience preferred. At least one year prior experience working with CISCO networking equipment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to quickly and effectively diagnose and correct system users problems. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on customer service. Strong analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Demonstrated ability in project management and budget preparation.
