Job Description
GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Grounds Technician & Maintenance Trainee in Clovis CA! Come join a dynamic property management team!
The Grounds Technician is responsible for the daily upkeep and curb appeal of 2 apartment communities including buildings parking lots/structures trash areas and common areas. Must have 1 year of current and proven work experience to be considered.

WHAT YOULL DO AS GROUNDS TECHNICIAN:
- Enhance our community - Youll be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the grounds to keep up the curb appeal of the property. On-the-job training will be provided as needed.
- Build rapport with customers - Youll make positive connections with customers by offering a smile and a greeting when you see them around their homes.
- Respond to service requests - Youll launch into action when grounds issues arise collaborating with teammates and prioritizing service requests to earn trust and build resident satisfaction.
- Notice the details - Youll walk the property daily inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety and helping to maintain great curb appeal.

- Minimum 1 year of current and proven work experience
- 6 months of current and proven maintenance experience is a plus
- Excellent Customer Service
- Basic computer skills (email internet etc.)
- Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Available to work M-F 7am-4pm (summer hours) and 8am-5pm (winter hours)
