Coatesville PA (AMG) - ASUHow will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
The Plant Maintenance/I&E Technicians role is to maintain and repair of the production related equipment in the Air Separation Unit such as compressors pumps motors valves gauges and vessels.Job Responsibilities:
Working around High voltageElectricalequipment compressors pumps motors valves
Working around cryogenic process equipment such as pumps repair valves replacehoses.
Perform basic disassembly and rebuild of mechanical equipmentchanging outpumpsmechanical sealscollectvibration readings collect oil sample Greasingrotating equipment.
Perform basic low voltage electrical system maintenance process control loop andreadout calibrations.
Perform Preventative Maintenance tasks and documents in the CMMS system.
Remove and install motors andpumps.
LearningASU Process
Coveringshiftif a situation arises.
Willbe sharingOn-Callresponsibilities.
Assisting nearby plants during theirshutdown or PM activities
HOURS: M-F from 7am to 3:30pm
PAY: $35-$40 per hour

The hourly base pay range for this position in Coatesville PA is $35.00 - $40.00. Please note that the hourly base pay information is a general guideline only. Airgas considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position candidates work experience education/ training key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma required.
Electrical experience required.
Experience working with Multi Meters (Fluke Multi Meters).
2 5 years of industrial plant / cryogenic plant experience preferred.
Understanding of control valve functions and systems used to control flows & pressures on industrial tanks.
Instrument Calibration Pressure Transmitter Level Transmitter etc.
Experience troubleshooting equipment in a plant environment.
Comfortable working in a non-air conditioned environment.
Able to climb and work on heights (165 ft).
Computer Experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Electrical / Instrumentation equipment in a plant environment. Candidate with a Strong Mechanical background in a plant environment preferred.
