Job Duties
Provides quality ticketing information and customer service to internal and external customers of the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic Cash Handling skills to include basic math skills of addition subtraction division and multiplication.
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Additional Considerations
Previous ticket or retail sales experience helpful but not required.
