A day in the life.
As our Invoicing Specialist on the Process Support team youll play a key role in processing invoicing functions ensuring billing tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Youll work closely with client service teams and our accounting department to support client needs and maintain data integrity. Your day will involve handling agency-billed transactions resolving discrepancies and contributing to process improvements - all while delivering excellent service to colleagues and clients alike.

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- Experience in processing billing or invoicing functions
- BS/BA in Accounting finance or a related field
- Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable including invoicing collections payments and vendor management
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel
These additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:
- Prior experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems
- Insurance industry experience
