Were proud to partner with a well-established Omaha business thats looking to add an Accounting & Business Manager to their team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats thrives in a small team environment and takes ownership of both numbers and operations. If youre the kind of humble and hardworking person who notices when the office is out of coffee and also knows how to close out the month-end books this could be your next great fit.
In this role youll take ownership of all core accounting functions handling everything from accounts payable and accounts receivable to reconciliations month-end close and financial reporting. Youll also be the go-to person for keeping the office running efficiently whether that means managing vendor relationships ordering supplies answering the phone or helping out with an office project. This is the kind of environment where no task is too small and everyone works together to get things done.
The team values people who are sharp organized and enjoy taking initiative without needing a lot of hand-holding. Strong accounting skills are a must but just as important is a collaborative mindset and the ability to switch gears throughout the day.
