- Monday-Friday business hours
- Full Time
- Develop and maintain accurate staffing schedules for Inpatient Services.
- Collaborate with leaders to ensure schedules meet clinical needs.
- Provide training and oversight on scheduling systems.
- Track and report staffing trends to leadership.
- Coordinate all aspects of new hire onboarding.
- Support leadership with administrative tasks
- High School diploma required; Bachelors preferred.
- 1 year healthcare scheduling experience required.
- Strong organizational communication and computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism
- Effective English communication skills both spoken and written
