Position Description

Position Title: Child Care Provider

Department: Child Care

Reports To: Director Assistant Director On-Site Supervisor

Before and after school providers hoursmay include 6:00-8:00 and 2:30-6:00 (1:30 on Wednesday) Monday - Friday.

CLEARANCES:

Employee Physical

Criminal Fingerprint/Background Check

Bloodborne Pathogens Training

Mandatory Reporter Training -Child and Dependent Adult Abuse
