Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform preventative maintenance services per Agency policy and protocol which may include testing specific parts or systems for proper functioning.
- Report all problems encountered while inspecting Medic vehicles to chain of command.
- Ability to read and write work orders placing information accurately into official agency documentation.
- Ability to drive Agency vehicles in a responsible and safe manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ability to display independent problem solving and time management skills.
- Participates in department and agency-wide activities to include meetings trainings and workgroups as directed.
- Performs others duties as directed.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- H.S. or G.E.D
- 1-2 years of experience
- Must have active current NC/SC drivers license
SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Overtime may be considered an essential function of this role. Must have ability to work in a noisy area with many odors present maintain ability to regularly lift pull or push up to 100 pounds and maintain ability to bend stretch kneel squat or walk repetitively to perform repairs and inspections. Must have and bring basic tools.
SALARY RANGE: Starting pay $21.11/hr; additional based on experience.
