Job Description Summary
Reporting to an SVP Programs of the Solutions Division the Vice President of Land Use will identify create and set the goals integration and implementation of the strategic vision of Enterprise and the Solutions Division related to land use efforts and be responsible for the achievement of its objectives and outcomes. The Vice President will develop refine as well as advance existing and emerging programs related to land use including strategies on how to increase housing supply and innovations. This will include developing tools advancing key programmatic and policy work and ensuring coordination of priorities and work across multiple teams and divisions within Enterprise. The Vice President of Land Use will be a dynamic proven subject matter expert and thought leader who can be one of the key external faces of Enterprise overall and alongside staff a key external ambassador and fundraiser for Enterprises programs and projects.Job Description

The base salary for this role is $180000 to $230000 depending on level of skills and experience.
The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills education location experience and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.
