At Ivanti UEM organization we are looking for you to be part of our team.
What You Will Be Doing:
Architect and Implement:
Participate in designing developing and co-leading the implementation of complex frontend features and systems.
Code Quality and Best Practices:
Help establishing and maintaining high standards for code quality performance and maintainability often through code reviews and mentorship.
Technical Leadership:
Guiding the technical direction of projects in SSE capacity making architectural decisions and influencing technology choices.
Collaboration:
Working closely with product managers designers and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver high-quality software.
Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing:
Providing guidance and support to other engineers sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Performance Optimization:
Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks ensuring the frontend applications are fast and responsive.
Staying Up-to-Date:
Continuously learning about new frontend technologies tools and best practices and incorporating them into the development process.
To Be Successful in The Role You Will Have:
- 5 Years of experience building frontends
- Expertise in Frontend Technologies: Strong proficiency in JavaScript Angular AngularJS HTML CSS and relevant frontend frameworks
- Experience with Web Performance Optimization: Knowledge of techniques for profiling monitoring and improving frontend performance.
- Experience with Build and Deployment Processes: Familiarity with tools like Webpack Docker and NX.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Ability to guide and mentor other engineers fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
