- Full-time appointment on a tenurable basis.
- Base salary range: Level B $118150 $139812 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.
About the area
The School of Human Sciences is a large multi-disciplinary School that makes a significant contribution to teaching and research in the Physiology discipline. The School is ranked 30th in the world in the subject area of Anatomy and Physiology (QS).
About the opportunity
- Contribute to world-class teaching in the degree programs of the School at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels
- Undertake independent and collaborative research to generate research outputs of high impact
- Contribute to the governance and collegial life within the School across the University and more broadly outside the institution
About you
- PhD in an academic field relevant to the discipline
- Expertise in environmental gastrointestinal renal or nutritional physiology
- Demonstrated ability relative to opportunity to deliver high quality teaching approaches assessments and materials for units and courses
- Expertise in pre-clinical science including in vivo models ex vivo tissue in silico models or computational biology
