The role

We are seeking a dynamic and committed Housing Officer to join the Neighbourhood Team managing a dedicated patch. This position would be ideal for someone who is committed to customer excellence and working in a high performing customer centric estate and neighbourhood management team.

The role is part of a strong neighbourhood team responsible for delivering a high quality integrated neighbourhood management service that is closer to our customer and helps to create sustainable neighbourhoods by being a visible presence on our estates. This will include investigating reports of anti-social Behaviour following organisational policies and procedures carrying out scheme inspections and assisting with the management of service charges.

The right fit

  • Experience in delivering high-quality front-line customer facing housing.
  • Experience of working in partnership with other agencies.
  • You must have knowledge of housing regulations and other relevant legislation.
  • Ability to prioritise your workload in order to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent numeracy ICT and literacy skills with the ability to analyse data and write reports
  • You must have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
