WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
We are looking for a Business Analyst that is willing to support as a Scrum master for a secondary role whose mission is to enable the Messaging team deliver value and impact to our customers and stakeholders. You will Work alongside with the Product Owner to build a robust reliable and easy to use product that delight our customers with a luxury experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to gather analyze and document business requirements effectively.
Write and refineuser storiesfeatures andepics.
Facilitate discussions to align on user stories acceptance criteria and prioritize items within the product backlog.
Identify opportunities for enhancing business processes and work alongside the Product Owner and the team to implement changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the organizations Agile Release Trains (ARTs) by actively participating in key SAFe ceremonies including PI Planning Inspect & Adapt and system demos.
Identify assess and document potential risks for the specific product area proposing potential countermeasures for further evaluation with relevant departments (e.g. legal data privacy etc.).
Ensure the product operations effectively meet customer needs and continuously identify new demands which are then integrated into the ongoing development process.
Market support cases: Clarify issues Create tickets/market requirements Test solutions provide market communication/updates
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering Computer Science or related field.
Minimumof3 years experienceas aBusiness Analyst or similar position
Strong analytical skills and Tableau experience or similar
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in agile teams ideally in a scaled setup (SAFe experience preferred).
Knowledge and experience maximising theScrum ceremonies goals.
Calm adaptable mindset in fast-paced environmentsable to manage shifting priorities with grace.
A collaborative approach and supporting team dynamics.
Strong problem-solving skills: can unblock the team.
Fluent in English is a must.
WE ADDITIONALY VALUE IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH
Experience working with Open Search and Splunk
Scrum master role
