Role Overview
As a Pharmacy Manager you will do more than just dispense medications. You will lead a team engage with the community and deliver innovative healthcare solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Medication Management: Ensure precise dispensing and manage medication therapy to optimize patient health outcomes.
- Expert Consultations: Provide expert advice collaborate with healthcare professionals and deliver exceptional patient care.
- Specialized Services: Expand your practice with services like vaccinations health screenings and medication reviews.
- Community Engagement: Host wellness events workshops and support groups making the pharmacy a trusted healthcare destination.
- Leadership: Lead by example manage budgets and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Prepare KPI reports budget trackers and strategic business plans.
What Youll Need
- Current Ahpra Registration & Working with Children Check
- Experience with 7CPA professional services DAAs and QCPP regulations
- Skills in budget wages and GP management
- Vaccination training
- Current Police Check or willingness to obtain one

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the 2IC you will oversee the successful daily operations of the Retail side of the business. You will lead by example and drive your team to deliver the highest quality of customer service. Other duties you will perform include:
- Assist the Store Manager in the daily running of the store
- Demonstrate passion for our brand and commitment to growing our customer loyalty program
- Inducting and training of all new team members while continually building capabilities of existing team members
- Assist in stock management and merchandising tasks
- Promote a harmonious team environment and manage workplace relations when necessary
- Actively drive store recruitment for all retail roles

Star Pharmacy Group is looking for a Delivery Driver to work across multiple locations to help our pharmacies deliver excellent customer service right to their doorstep.
As a Delivery Driver you will also be responsible for helping our customer instore by providing in depth product information and exceptional customer service when not delivering.
