Whats the role

As a Senior Change Manager within Westpacs Group Reporting and Analytics (GR&A) team youll play a pivotal role in leading change initiatives that support regulatory executive and external reporting across the Finance Division. This is a full-time position based in Sydney where youll collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

Youll be instrumental in shaping the success of major programs like UNITEour technology simplification initiativeand other enterprise-wide projects that drive transformation across the bank.

What do I need

Were looking for someone who brings clarity confidence and capability to complex change environments. Youll thrive here if you have:

  • Experience managing regulatory reporting change initiatives or business-as-usual (BAU) regulatory reporting experience is essential. Youll bring a solid understanding of compliance requirements and reporting frameworks with the confidence to navigate complex environments and drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and align priorities.
  • Advanced technical writing skills including the development of BRDs test cases and operating models.
  • High data literacy and analytical capability with confidence working across large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive solutions-focused mindset.
