The Company

With a presence across the country diverse revenue stream and a model of building their own projects in QLD they continue to operate a sustainable business model. They have recently gained development approval for two impressive sites in central Brisbane in what is an exciting time for the business.

The Role
Lead Structure Foreman required to start at the end of 2025 for a project starting in the new year. Our client is happy to commit to the right person now and has the enviable benefit of time on their side to ensure the right fit for all.
The role will form a key part of the delivery team for a $200m residential project on the river in central Brisbane.
This role will drive the structure through programming smarts inspirational leadership superior technical knowledge all gained through extensive relevant experience in Brisbane.
About You
You will be trade Qualified with an open QBCC Site Supervisors License. You will have at least 10 years experience in a tier 1 or tier 2 principal building contractor or developer builder (not subby) managing the structure of large multi-story projects.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of EBA and Non EBA experience and fundamentally understand how to navigate both environments whist fostering a culture on site of safety and productivity.
You will have high expectations and the emotional intelligence to inspire individuals and teams to meet your expectations.
You will be a motivated team player that can demonstrate strong tenure in the relevant market and be supported by relevant and recent references.
