- Greet customers in our service drive. Ensure that customers receive prompt courteous and effective service.
- Perform a vehicle walk around
- Writing and invoicing repair orders
- Take ownership of the customers experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries whether phone or in person to assure the customer does not get mishandled
- Advising customers on any needed repair/maintenance work to their vehicle while keeping the customers best interests in mind.
- Organized and friendly personality
- Can work in a fast paced environment
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Automotive knowledge or dealership experience is a plus but is not required - we are willing to train the right person
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
