Job Description

Job Summary:
H&K Chevrolet of New Haven Inc. is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Consultant to join our team in New Haven Indiana. This is a full-time base plus commission sales position in the fast-paced auto industry. As a Sales Consultant you will work independently to build and maintain relationships with customers promote and sell our vehicles and provide exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about cars outgoing and driven to succeed.

Compensation & Benefits:
The Sales Consultant position at H&K Chevrolet of New Haven Inc. offers a competitive compensation package with a potential of $60000 to $100000 per year. In addition we offer a commission structure that rewards top performers. We also provide benefits such as company vehicle health insurance retirement savings plan and paid vacation time.

About us and our work environment:

H&K Chevrolet is unlike any other Car Dealership! This is a family friendly first environment. We work and succeed to live not live to work! All major holidays off: (Christmas Thanksgiving 4th of July Memorial Labor etc.). We are closed on ALL Sundays. Our sales hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.. 5 day work week. Free company demo. We have been in business in the Fort Wayne area for 11 months and our sales have increased every single month! This is truly a growth hire not a flood the floor for summer hire. Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences and recommend appropriate vehicles
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase features and benefits of our vehicles
Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and targets
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge features and industry trends
Accurately maintain customer data and sales records

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Bachelors degree preferred
Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
Excellent communication skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
