Requirements:
Basedon a 45-houraveragework week(No joke. We are firm believers in work/life balance.) Youll spend 50% of the time in the vehicles taking trips as needed and doing driver evaluations. The other 50% will be in the office or out on customer calls.
Must be able to work on-site and provide on-call service as needed. You will also:
Demonstrate sound recruiting instincts and hiring skills
Provide managerial expertise (support training supervisionof drivers) to transport patients utilizing company vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
Communicate with drivers and dispatch staff effectively and contribute to a positive work climate and culture
Reflect a professional image and attituderegarding clients staff and management.
Develop a firm grasp ofoperations through work in the field observation in office using systems and asking questions for your own support.
Ensure trip assignments are on-time and completed as requested
Create efficient driver schedules to balance payroll and needs

Collaborate with Call Center Manager and staff as well as other Regional Operations Managers
Develop and maintain strong partner relationships with a variety of staff within the facilities we serve
Provide updates and reportsfor upper management.
Resolve driver-related customer questions or concerns
Resolve and de-escalate employee issues in a calm manner
Comply with Caliber daily guidelines and proceduresand facilitate meetings as needed
Comply with ALL Caliber safety rules guidelines and standardsand ensure they are followed by your crew
Perform other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of the business
Maintain a clean and road safe fleet of vans
Keep records of maintenance and monthly expenses
Skill/Requirements
College degree preferred
Must be at least 25 years of age
Must have a valid drivers license and be eligible for coverage under Calibers insurance policy
Ability to effectively communicate with others and teach job skills and responsibilities
Ability to read and understand basics of transportation and securement procedures
Organization and multi-tasking; adapts easily to fast-paced environment
Compassionate customer service approach to internal and external customers
Maintain a professional presence in both appearance and communications
Think critically on your feet to find real time solutions
Ability to conduct difficult conversations and make hard decisions pertaining to your crew
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
Position is based in office a vehicle outdoors (year-round) in healthcare facilities and personal residences
This role routinely uses computers and phones.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements for screens night vision and far vision for driving
Regularly required to talk and hear.
Frequently required to stand; walk; bend; kneel; and reach with hands and arms.
The job may require lifting up to 70 lbs. and long periods of sitting while driving.

Job Type: Full-time with a variable schedule that ranges between 4AM to 9PM. Caliber is open 365 days a year including weekends and holidays.
