Service Technician- Industrial Compressed Air
North Carolina
Are you a hands-on technician with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude looking to deepen your expertise in compressed air systems This role offers the opportunity to become an in-house subject matter expert on compressed air while supporting system testing troubleshooting and technical support.

Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with compressor systems or related industrial equipment
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; comfortable with maintenance troubleshooting and system diagnostics
- Valid Drivers License and proof of insurance eligibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader; ability to use a laptop for service documentation and communication
- Availability to travel occasionally including some overnight or international trips
- Must be available to work weekdays with flexibility for overtime as needed
- Must reside with commuting distance of Wilmington North Carolina
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on compressed air systems
- Perform system testing and troubleshooting in a factory setting
- Provide technical support to field service and customer teams
- Develop and maintain internal procedures and documentation
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for onsite support when required
- Complete paperwork accurately and promptly in the company system
- Interact professionally with internal teams and customers upholding a high standard of service and technical expertise
