Summary Objective
The purpose of this position is to process and serve legal documents such as summons witness subpoenas garnishments and citations in the City of Riviera Beach.
This class works under general supervision independently developing work methods and sequences.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires an Associates Degree in criminal justice law enforcement or closely related field.
Requires one year of related work experience preferably in law enforcement or an equivalent combination of education training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
Must be certified by the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit - verification of this certificate will be required.
