Job Description
Requirements:
- Experience with all or some of the following:
- High volume automated manufacturing environment
- CAD for design of tooling and fixtures
- Familiar with DFMEA / CpK / PPK / Gage R&R
- SolidWorks CAD system
Duties:
- Use CAD tools to simulate test and document new process tooling and fixtures.
- Create detailed specifications for new manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct document and track design reviews.
- Generate project plan and document per Engineering Department procedures.
- Participate on and lead teams as required.
- Generate preliminary estimates for Capital Investment Plan.
- Conduct Stack-up analysis; be familiar with DFMEA and Cpk/Ppk/Gage R&R.
- Willing to transfer for VISA if needed
