Are you someone who loves to drive Are you looking for a position where you can make a difference CTF Illinois is looking for a Lead Van Driver to transport the People we support in the Mattoon/Charleston area. This is a full time position.
Essential Job Functions:
Transport individuals to and from the day program within the allotted time in order for the individuals to arrive at the day program on time.
Complete attendance sheet in the morning and afternoon
Reports accidents if any and takes appropriate action when needed
Communicates with appropriate person regarding behavior seizures disruptions etc. on the van
Oversight and coordination of all needs pertaining to company vehicles such as oil changes and regular maintenance.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Communication with Logistics Manager in regards to Individuals issues.
Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management.

Qualifications
Required Experience Education and/or Training:
High School diploma or GED
CDL with Clean Driving Record
Ability to drive a 15 passenger van
1 or more years experience working with the DD population is preferred but not required.
Additional Experience Education and/or Training Preferred:
Ability to obtain DSP certification
