Job Description
Hiring! A2Z is recruiting qualified candidates to fulfill a Production Laborer position in the Hamilton area. This essential role will be working alongside a team to assemble and complete orders including personalized items made of leather metal wood ceramic and glass.
Duties:
- Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment.
- Assemble and prepare goods for shipment.
- Complete quality assurance testing and goods and products.
- Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in the warehouse.
- Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process.
- Utilize machinery such as forklifts to load orders.
- Maintain the quality and upkeep of warehouse equipment including machinery.
- Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations.
- All other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Physical ability to complete job duties which may include sitting for long periods and constant movement with hands wrists and fingers.
- Ability to follow directions accurately.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Project management skills.
- Time management skills.
- Good technical and mechanical skills.
Job Type:Full-Time M-Th 8:00 am-4:30 pm occasional Fridays when workload requires
Wage:$10.30/hr.
