Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Accounting/Inventory Clerk to join our team at our Pistachio site in Lost Hills CA. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and managing inventory operations efficiently!

Pay Rate: $21.15 per hour

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and inventory counts.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies in billing and inventory levels.
- Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records and generate reports for management review.
- Assist in inventory control processes including cycle counts and stock adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounting and inventory management.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting and inventory management preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
