The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Data Analyst to join our Customer Analytics Strategy & Finance team. This role plays a key part in driving strategic insights from customer data across all Crown properties helping to shape marketing strategies optimise loyalty programs and identify opportunities to grow revenue and customer profitability.

Youll apply advanced analytical techniques to support the customer lifecycle strategy enhance targeted marketing operations and improve the performance of data models. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on continuous improvement collaboration and delivering actionable insights. The team offers hybrid flexible working. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the design and implementation of customer lifecycle strategies including offer allocation and fulfilment automation.
  • Translating model outputs into actionable recommendations that optimise marketing spend across customer segments.
  • Conducting pre-promotion analysis and preparing targeted patron lists for marketing initiatives.
  • Performing analysis to support the development and maintenance of customer models across all properties.
  • Applying advanced analytics to identify and quantify opportunities for growth retention and acquisition.
  • Supporting loyalty program analysis and renewal processes including tier structure and benefit optimisation.

About You

This role is ideal for a data-driven and strategic thinker with a passion for uncovering insights and driving customer-focused outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with complex data to solve real business challenges.

You will also bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Mathematics Statistics Economics Business Finance or a related field.
  • experience in an analytical role with a proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with tools such as SQL Cognos R Python and Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
