Position Summary:
The Human Resources/People Services Generalist monitors trending factors and supports initiatives which contribute to employee retention and culture. Provides support to navigate employee performance and compensation conversations in alignment with adherence to policies and procedures; directs to Enterprise Business Services as appropriate. Coordinates talent acquisition functions with Enterprise Business Services and local hiring manager.
