This Senior Marketing Specialist Medicare Member Acquisition is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive Medicare member acquisition with a strong focus on lead generation and lead nurture. The ideal candidate is a performance-minded marketer who understands how to build campaigns that connect with Medicare-eligible consumers and guide them through the decision-making journey from awareness to enrollment.
This position will support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital traditional and direct response channels helping to generate qualified leads and keep them engaged through targeted timely messaging. While experience with paid media is important this role is equally focused on optimizing lead conversion through email landing page content and segmented messaging strategies. The candidate should be comfortable collaborating across teams and working in a fast-paced compliance-focused environment.
Execute lead generation and lead nurture strategies to support Medicare member growth goals.
Coordinate integrated marketing tactics with a strong attention to timing targeting and messaging relevance.
Translate complex Medicare plan information into clear compelling marketing communications tailored to specific audience segments.
Manage the development and deployment of nurture campaigns across email web and offline channels.
Support go tomarket strategies for key enrollment periods including Annual Enrollment Period and Open Enrollment Period.
Contribute to campaign reporting testing and continuous improvement efforts.
Support the planning and execution of Medicare member acquisition campaigns with a focus on driving quality leads and nurturing them toward enrollment.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align messaging across the full marketing funnel: awareness consideration and conversion.
Help manage campaign deliverables across digital traditional and direct response tactics including email landing pages paid social SEM and direct mail.
Develop and maintain lead nurture flows that educate and engage prospective members based on their stage in the funnel.
Partner with analytics and sales teams to monitor lead quality conversion metrics and campaign ROI using data to inform ongoing optimization.
Work cross-functionally with product compliance creative and customer experience teams to ensure alignment and regulatory accuracy.
Required
Bachelors degree in marketing business administration related field or equivalent
5 years of relevant experience in marketing or related role
Project management skills with proven demonstrated experience in building executing and measuring large-scale cross-functional projects and strategies.
Strong cross-functional communications skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges and resolve conflicts internally and externally
Ability to measure and report on campaigns for continuous improvement and ROI
Preferred
7 years in marketing or related position preferred.
Relevant experience in project management preferred.
Relevant experience in marketing or related role preferred
