ROLE SUMMARY
Migraine is a common debilitating neurologicaldisease affecting 40M people in the less than half of the 19.5M people living with Migraine have been diagnosed and fewer than half of those diagnosed are treated on Rx therapy.
Pfizers product ZAVZPRET is the first intranasal calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) monoclonal antibody indicated for the acute treatment of migraine attacks with or without aura. Following its launch in July 2023 ZAVZPRET has become the fastest growing acute non-oral product in the migraine space and continues to gain momentum.
The ZAVZPRET HCP Marketing Director will be accountable for supporting our 700 person Migraine Team Field Force leading critical workstreams including targeting/segmentation messaging resource development field force touchpoints and training.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies tactics and resources to support the field force including designing and executing clear and motivating POA meetings
- Oversee HCP targeting segmentation and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Drive creation and execution of all HCP key messaging and resources across personal and non-personal channels
- Serve as HCP lead for all market research messaging development and integration needed across the portfolio
- Partner with Nurtec ODT team to develop integrated promotional efforts that optimize the migraine portfolio impact
- Garner real-time insights and feedback on HCP strategy messaging tactics and competitive landscape through routine field touchpoints
- Support annual operating and tactical plan development focused on leading HCP strategy and execution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all key cross-functional partners including but not limited to field force leadership sales enablement medical legal regulatory and ISE
- Lead oversight and management of HCP agency of record relationship
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BA or BS required (with 8 years of relevant work experience); advanced degree preferred
- Ability to move fast in response to what is happening in the external marketplace
- Prior HCP marketing experience
- Experience running/supporting field force initiatives preferred (project management proven ability to manage multiple projects at once strong team culture and collaboration)
- Strong familiarity with US healthcare landscape including HCPs medical groups/integrated delivery networks payers and consumers
- Able to actively contribute to create and operate in an environment that continuously encourages the implementation of innovative ideas and fosters a culture of collaboration and teamwork across functional teams
- Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including agile way of working solution oriented the ability to influence and collaborate with peers and create business impact
- Demonstrated strategic thinking analytical and project management skills
- Strong written verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively both one-on-one and in groups

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $156600.00 to $261000.00.* In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
