The Field Reimbursement Manager Eyecare acts as a non-clinical in-office resource that is available to educate and address HCP questions about patient access and provide approved reimbursement support. The FRM is a field-based role working in-person with HCP offices in the assigned geography with the ability to address questions about patient access & reimbursement in support of AbbVies Eye Care portfolio. The FRM provides expertise on coverage and reimbursement barriers to enhance the patient experience. Responsibilities include educating HCPs and supporting staff about access and reimbursement using AbbVie approved support tools advising HCPs on patient prescription status program eligibility and educating offices on payer processes and procedures.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
