75 - 100K Base Commission earning potential of 150-200K on top of base salary
Position Overview
A fast-growing tech-forward company is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to help drive outbound growth across several key verticals. Reporting to the VP of Sales and supported by a sales admin this role offers a unique opportunity to step into an established pipeline and play a key role in expanding the companys footprint.
Were looking for someone with presence someone who knows how to walk into a room build quick rapport and open doors. Sales skills can be taught; the right energy drive and ability to connect cannot.

Key Responsibilities
Engage new prospects across multiple target markets
Manage and convert inbound and outbound opportunities
Represent the company at select trade shows and industry events
Support and close deals in partnership with senior sales leadership
Follow proven sales processes tools and templates
Consistently track pipeline activity and maintain CRM records
Qualifications
23 years of professional experience (sales or adjacent roles)
Strong relationship-building skills
Comfortable in fast-paced high-touch environments
Able to work full-time on-site in Northern NJ
Willingness to travel occasionally for events or meetings
Previous enterprise sales experience is preferred but not required. Structured support and coaching will be provided.
