Job Title:HR Professional (Senior Principal Level)

Job Summary:
The Department of Medicine (DOM) is seeking an experienced HR Professional to work under the direction of DOMs HR Program Director and in conjunction with the DOM HR team completing tasks related to the day-to-day operations of the human resource function within the department which includes its divisions supporting faculty research staff and student positions. This position will also make sure that tasks and duties are adequately aligned with state university and departmental guidelines. This is a key role with an opportunity to contribute as we establish new and improve current processes.
The position will operate with minimal supervision and will serve as the liaison maintaining effective working relationships with the School of Medicine (SOM) and other key departments to ensure HR matters for the Department of Medicine are managed promptly and appropriately.

Onsite This role is expected to work full-time onsite at the Anschutz Medical Campus. May be assigned one remote day per week after training is complete.

A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelors degree on a year for year basis.

The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as:
Senior Level: $51367 $65339
Principal Level: $59073 $75141
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation depending on the level.
