About You
We are looking for a well-rounded front-end developer capable of efficiently juggling multiple tasks. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for clean orderly code then this is the position for you. If you enjoy sharing your experience knowledge and working cooperatively to usher ideas from conception to execution then this is the team for you.
This is a full-time position to help shape and scale a world-class web experience at one of the fastest-growing B2B companies around. What youll do and how youll have an impact
- Grow - gain experience from all of your teammates (not just developers) to enrich your skill set and understanding of the fastest-growing industry
- Be challenged - join a small team routinely challenged to solve interesting business problems while maintaining a level of excellence the company has come to expect from us.
- Drive new web initiatives - own the development of key projects related to the AppDirect website that demonstrably impact the business

- Ownership - Be responsible for maintaining expanding and scaling the website
What were looking for
- 2 years of experience in front-end development with strong foundations in HTML CSS and responsive web design
- Proficiency in React following best practices like the single-responsibility principle and using tools such as styled-components
- Comfortable translating designs from tools like Figma or similar into scalable maintainable components
- Experience working with templating engines like Nunjucks or Twig
- Familiarity with form validation data sanitization and web security
- Exposure to enterprise APIs and complex data structures
- Understanding of CSS architecture patterns like SMACSS or BEM
- Strong collaboration skills with designers and stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions
- Passionate about building clean semantic high-quality code that enhances the user experience
- Demonstrated technical engagement through platforms like GitHub or Stack Overflow
