Job Description
P3-C3-TSTS AWS DATA PM We are seeking an experienced AWS Data Manager to lead and manage the design implementation and optimization of our cloud-based data infrastructure. This role involves overseeing the architecture governance and operations of data platforms hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) ensuring scalability security and performance to meet business Responsibilities:Design and manage cloud-based data architectures using AWS services such as S3 Redshift Glue RDS Athena and Lake data strategy initiatives including data modeling warehousing and lakehouse data governance policies standards and best a team of data engineers analysts and with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and prioritize and optimize data systems performance cost and current with AWS updates industry trends and emerging data and implement tools for data cataloging observability and or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Science or related field.12 years of experience in data engineering or data management roles.5 years of hands-on experience with AWS data services (e.g. Redshift Glue EMR S3 Lambda).Strong SQL PythonPySpark and data modeling with data pipeline tools (Airflow AWS Glue Step Functions).Familiarity with DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g. AWS CDK CloudFormation).Secondary SkillAWS Certified Data Analytics Specialty or AWS Solutions Architect with real-time data processing (Kinesis Kafka).Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau Power BI or with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
