Job Description
Overview
The Technical Lead position performs highly diversified duties to install troubleshoot repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety predictive and productive maintenance systems and process to support the achievement of the plants business goals and objectives. Areas include but are not limited to; Extrusion Thermoforming Maintenance Warehouse and General Operations. The Technical Lead also takes on an important role in plant matters concerning safety.

Work Experience
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Equivalent experience may be substituted for an educational requirement where associate demonstrates the necessary skills and capability. Experience in Plastics Thermoforming is preferred.
