What Youll Do
- Own and drive the Motor Claims Experience squad roadmap aligned to strategic goals
- Collaborate across technology delivery and product teams to define priorities and business requirements
- Oversee initiative delivery from business case through testing and implementation (UAT/PVT)
- Drive customer-first thinking into backlog grooming incident response and continuous improvement
- Act as the conduit between business delivery teams and stakeholders ensuring alignment transparency and timely delivery
- Leverage strong data literacy and risk awareness to inform decisions and manage dependencies
What Youll Bring
- 3 years experience in insurance/financial services with 1 year in project delivery or agile environments
- Deep stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong technical literacy and comfort working with AI solutions and data-rich platforms
- Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced environments with a strong commercial focus
- Product Owner Certification and relevant tertiary qualifications are a bonus
