The role
As a Systems Support Officer youll be hands-on with the EGRC systemkeeping it running smoothly helping teams across the organisation manage risk audit and compliance data and making sure reporting tools like Power BI are delivering clear insights. Youll also play a key role in shaping how risk is understood and managed supporting training and building capability across the cluster.
The role comes with the challenge of driving consistent practices and cultural change in a complex environment. Youll need to juggle priorities stay across industry standards and work closely with stakeholders to improve how information is shared and used. Its all about making the system work better for everyone and helping the organisation stay ahead of risk.
Youll be part of a high-performing team where your system and customer service skills will shine. Youll have the chance to sharpen your database and reporting capabilities and grow your project management experience through upcoming module refreshes. If youre proactive tech-savvy and ready to make an impact this role is your chance to do just that.
