Director of Marketing - Commercial Foodservice Equipment & Supply Dealer We have Outstanding Opportunities for Government Sales Representatives with a well-established fast-growing Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Supply Organization. The Director of Marketing will lead and grow the marketing team focusing on optimizing existing resources building out key roles and establishing consistent processes and systems to drive brand awareness across multiple channels. This role is responsible for implementing the brand platform consistently aligning marketing efforts and delivering measurable ROI through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and optimize the current marketing team; recruit and onboard additional talent as needed.
Develop and implement core marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
Ensure consistent application of brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Align marketing channels to deliver unified consistent content that maximizes brand impact.
Build and maintain marketing analytics and ROI tracking systems to evaluate campaign performance.
Drive marketing programs that deliver a minimum 3:1 return on investment within the first year.
