Global Senior Reward Advisor - The role:

  • Support the Global Senior Reward Manager with salary range definition and global job levelling queries (via WTW).
  • Act as the main point of contact for International HR Managers across overseas offices.
  • Collaborate with the Systems team to assess feasibility of implementing Advanced Comp globally.
  • Coordinate the annual salary review process from spreadsheet creation to final sign-off.
  • Provide data analysis and insights for senior stakeholders on an ad hoc basis.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a new global bonus model.
  • Partner with the benefits platform provider to modernise eligibility rules aligned to job levels.
  • Build and maintain a global benefits database including eligibility levels and renewal dates.
  • Align reward strategy with team objectives and oversee implementation.
  • Harmonise benefit offerings and renewal timelines where feasible.
  • Collaborate with brokers to define and deliver project plans.
  • Review and enhance the UK/global benefits platform including tendering and business case development.
  • Evaluate broker/consultant arrangements globally including contract terms and exit clauses.
  • Participate in the EU Pay Transparency project group and support implementation activities.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly.
  • A passion for developing innovative reward strategies and enhancing employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in Excel Word PowerPoint and HR systems for reporting and analytics.
  • Confidence in influencing stakeholders and managing challenging conversations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with colleagues clients and senior leaders.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects prioritising effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • A collaborative team player who shares insights and supports others to achieve shared goals.

This role is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.

This role is based at the Linklaters London office with a hybrid working model available.
