Job Description
Apple Roofing is currently looking for a Field Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform supervisory functions and also engage in the same roofing trade work as the workers supervised
- Provide timely and quality installation of all assigned roofing projects in the field
- Check in with homeowners/clients about work completion
- Take before and after photos of projects
- Check material and counts
- Oversee final quality of work
- Pick up and return leftover material after work is completed
- Final clean up of projects
- Oversee construction project and work sites
- Ensure all staff have basic understanding of safety procedures safety rules and safety requirements
- Conduct regular field visits to supervise workers
- Resolve customer complaints using effective communication skills
Requirements
- Commercial/Residential roofing experience required (1 year)
- Experience in a similar position preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic knowledge of OSHA compliance
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs
- Must be able to climb ladder and access/work atop roofs
- Open to travel when needed
