About the role...
Road Scholar is seeking a creative thoughtful and detail-oriented UX Designer to shape intuitive accessible and inspiring digital experiences for our learners. This role will focus on the strategy design and prototyping of user interfaces across our website and digital platforms ensuring they meet the needs of our aging audience while supporting internal content and marketing goals.
Youll be part of a creative collaborative team working to shape meaningful digital experiences for a unique and inspiring audience. Youll have the opportunity to design tools and interfaces that empower lifelong learnersand help redefine how older adults engage with travel and education in a digital world.
The ideal candidate is deeply collaborative and comfortable working across teamsincluding with developers content creators and marketers. They will be responsible for translating business requirements and user insights into elegant and effective user experiences. Experience with CMS platforms and content structures is essential as this role will design solutions that integrate seamlessly with our publishing workflows.
Road Scholar offers a remote work environment. The compensation range for this exempt level salaried position is $77500 - $85000 based on experience.
