Key Responsibilities:
HR Event Management:
Plan coordinate and execute engaging internal HR events including Welcome Days for new hires and Internal Career Days to promote internal mobility and development.
HR Technology & Innovation (Chatbot/AI):
Support the development implementation and maintenance of an HR chatbot or AI-powered Q&A tool initially focusing on providing instant answers to common Compensation & Benefits questions.
Onboarding Program Excellence:
Drive the successful implementation of our comprehensive onboarding plan for new employees.
Conduct regular follow-ups with new hires and managers to ensure a smooth integration and identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process.
Internal HR Communications ():
Develop and disseminate engaging content for our internal HR communication platform/newsletter (e.g. ) ensuring employees are informed about HR initiatives news and updates.
HR System User Support (MyHR Tutorials):
Create clear user-friendly video tutorials and guides to help employees effectively navigate and utilize our MyHR portal and other HR tools.
Employee Recognition & Celebration:
Manage and coordinate employee birthday acknowledgements and celebrations.
Develop and implement initiatives to celebrate employee work anniversaries and seniority milestones.
Assist in the planning and distribution of end-of-year employee gifts and recognition.
Support and coordinate company-wide employee gifting or recognition programs (e.g. Cadeau Nation or similar initiatives).
Ad-hoc HR Support (Quick Fixes):
Provide timely and effective support for various ad-hoc employee inquiries and HR operational tasks acting as a helpful point of contact.
