Job Description

JD: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Oracle Xstore SME with strong experience in L2/L3 support and subject matter expertise (SME). The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in the Oracle Xstore Suite Core Java and Oracle Database technologies with a deep understanding of retail POS systems. This role involves supporting and enhancing Oracle Xstore and XOffice applications collaborating across technical and business teams and delivering solutions in a dynamic retail environment

Must-have:
-
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Xstore Suite (v18 or above preferred)

L2/L3 support experience in retail POS systems

Proficiency in Core Java XML and Oracle SQL/PLSQL

Experience working with XOCS and Oracle DB
-

Proven ability to lead technical discussions and deliver clear concise technical and functional documentation

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact effectively with business and IT stakeholders

Experience in preparing and delivering technical presentations and solution overviews

Ability to manage changing priorities and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in retail domain or POS transformation programs

Familiarity with other Oracle Retail modules (XOffice XOCS)

Exposure to Agile methodologies and ticketing tools like Jira/ServiceNow
