Job Description

Location & Hours:

  • Location: *****

What we need from you

Knowledge:

  • Completion of Future Leaders Program preferred
  • Full store cover experience (outside of home store preferred)
  • 12 months in current role preferred

Skills

  • Ensures compliance with legislative and ALDI internal requirements
  • Ensures tasks are appropriately delegated to individuals based on their skills roles and interests
  • Consistently follows and enforces safety and security procedures within the team while proactively taking action to correct any unsafe work habits
  • Maintains the highest standard of compliance safety and cleanliness
  • Ensures all stock is of good quality and minimises stock losses caused by damages stock maintenance inaccuracy theft and inadequate stock rotation
  • Manages resources effectively to achieve targets without compromising quality
  • Performs the management of all staff induction development training performance hours leave and payroll
  • Manages resources effectively to achieve results while controlling costs and minimising losses
